Our vision for 2030 is that the opportunity system for youth in Colombia has made significant progress in improving its outcomes, incorporating shared‑responsibility, collaborative, and adaptive practices that co‑create with youth based on enabling beliefs and on education, employment, freedom of choice, and influence opportunities.
