At FUNDACIÓN CORONA, we understand that your personal data is important, and protecting your privacy is our priority. Therefore, before proceeding with the contact process, we invite you to acknowledge and accept that, as part of our data update activities, contacting website users, and maintaining adequate security and service for our partners, beneficiaries, stakeholders, and for the overall development of the foundation's activities, we will require you to provide information such as your name, contact details, occupation, and the organization you belong to.
The information collected will be incorporated into the FUNDACIÓN CORONA database for the following purposes: (I) To process your request, complaint, and/or claim; (II) To send invitations to new activities, local events, and/or activities through various channels; (III) To send information considered to be of interest to you through various channels; (IV) To conduct customer due diligence and verify or update information through any means; (V) To comply with legal reporting obligations to administrative bodies; (VI) To share it with partner companies. In all cases, third parties will also be subject to the same confidentiality obligations regarding the handling of information as Fundación Corona, with the legal limitations imposed by applicable laws in Colombia.
In accordance with current Colombian legislation, particularly the Political Constitution and Law 1581 of 2012, data subjects, their legal representatives, or their successors have the right to, among other things, access, update, and rectify their data; request proof of the authorization granted (except when expressly exempted as a requirement for processing); revoke the authorization; and/or request the deletion of the data, which will only be granted when no contractual or legal relationship exists.
